Douglas Bell

Douglas Bell is Head of Industry Development at Quality Meat Scotland (QMS). He is responsible for the development and delivery of programmes of activity to improve the quality and efficiency of the primary production of red meat and its supply chain in Scotland.

A BSc Agriculture graduate of Edinburgh University, Douglas has 30 years’ experience of delivering high level management advice and training through routes ranging from consultancy and project design to facilitation and a hands-on approach.
