Both lameness and mastitis can have a major impact on the health and welfare of your cattle and can result in significant financial loss at the farm level. A free evening meeting, designed to help farmers and vets achieve more effective control of these diseases will be held at Crichton Campus in Dumfries on Wednesday 9 November.
At this meeting, Ruth Zadok from Moredun will be joined by Colin Mason from SAC Consulting to to outline what is known about these diseases from biology to diagnosis. They will also discuss the latest research advances in the control and prevention to help minimise losses and protect health and welfare.
This meeting is being held in conjunction with SAC Consulting.
Admission is FREE and open to all.
This meeting is an accrediated AMTRA SQP CPD event and is worth 12 points.
