The Moredun Group are seeking an enthusiastic and conscientious Document Controller/Archivist to join a small team working within Moredun Scientific.
You will join the Quality Assurance Department and will be responsible for the co-ordination and administration of Quality Documents within the Moredun Scientific Quality Management System as well as the coordination and control of the Moredun Scientific Paper and Electronic Archive. You will also have part-responsibility for the inspection and approval of incoming goods.
Moredun Scientific is a fully commercial, client-focussed organisation and as such good presentation and communication skills are required. You should be fully proficient with windows Microsoft Office software i.e. Word, Excel, Access, Q Pulse and Adobe Acrobat.
The Company's operational systems are accredited to Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and you will be expected to have experience working within GLP/GMP Quality Management System with an understanding of OECD NO 15 preferable.
This is an excellent opportunity for an individual to further develop and progress within a Quality Assurance department and to play a key role in the continued maintenance and development of the Moredun Scientific Quality Management System.
