HR Advisor – Full Time (37 hours) Monday to Friday
Start Date: 5th August 2019
We are seeking an enthusiastic and conscientious individual to join our Human Resources Team. This is a generalist role which covers a variety of HR functions. The successful candidate will provide high quality HR advice and guidance that is in line with our policies, best practice and employment legislation. You will work closely with line managers and key stakeholders in order to provide a proactive and efficient HR service. Experience of working with HR information systems is essential, in particular with regards to maintaining & developing the system. You will provide data analysis and MI reports to support key HR initiatives and processes.
You will have a strong background in complex employee relations case management, including disciplinary, absence, grievance and performance management.
In addition you will have learning and development experience, with the ability to support the design and delivery of training initiatives across the Moredun Group.
