Pentlands Science Park was developed between 1994 and 1999 as the new home for the Moredun Research Institute. Set in beautifully landscaped surroundings, the Park provides an excellent supported environment for over 20 commercial tenants involved in R&D in life sciences and their activities. The Park is one of the major employment centres in Midlothian with 450 people working on the site and is at the leading edge of the flourishing life sciences community close to a large number of research facilities within the immediate Bush Estate area.
